General Important Changes to Qxpress Claim Procedure

Dear Customers,

 

Please be inform that there will be changes made to our Claim Procedure with effect from 15th February 2023.

 

Any claim against damage / loss & non-receipt to Qxpress must be submitted in writing to the Customer Service Centre, info@qxpress.sg within seven (7) days from the completion date of Qxpress responsibilities; Qxpress shall not be liable for taking any claims thereafter.
