This is to inform you that we will be updating Shopify - Smartship Integration due to Shopify's API update.
Please do update your API configuration at Shopify by this week(~3/10).
Otherwise, Shopify order flowing to Smartship might be having troubles.
Required Actions are as follows;
1. Login to MyShopify and move to Apps > Apps and sales channels > Devlop apps
2. Click the installed app > Configuration > Edit
3. Please add Write & Read Assigned fulfillment orders auto to your current app.
