Dear Valued Customers:

Good news! We are delighted to announce that starting from 1st November 2016, the rates of our Non Qoo10 Standard local delivery service will be adjusted and in-line with your Qoo10 seller grade.

We are introducing the Corporate Account Grade Program so that you can enjoy the same grade discounts for Qxpress Standard Delivery Services for you Non Qoo10 parcels. A simple task of combining the volume from the non Qoo10 Seller ID to your normal Qoo10 Account.

Every grade evaluation shall be done on the 1st day of every even month based on the peak volume between 2 months. You may combine up to 3 of your Qoo10 Seller IDs and this can be done from the system and can be found in the Account ID located at My Account”. Once you have registered your non Qoo10 ID to your Qoo10 account you may immediately enjoy the same grade of the Qoo10 ID .


Topping up of your Non Qoo10 account is made easier as you may also top-up from your Qoo10 Q-Account using the available Qmoney. Alternatively, you may still use the normal bank transfer.
