Q: What documents are required for registration?

A: For corporate users, Bizfile is required. For individuals, a blank picture file (.jpeg, .jpg, .png, .pdf) are required for upload.

Q: I am not a corporate entity with a business registration number for registration. 

A: For individual entities, fill in the business registration number field with your NRIC number. 

Q: I am unable to upload my documents required.

A: Only documents in the following formats are accepted (.jpeg, .jpg, .png, .pdf).
