To provide more stable and faster service by strengthening system stability, we have configured automatic order collection through shopping site API integration.

However, for sites that have not been used for a long time, the automatic order collection function will be automatically turned OFF as follows. This applies to APIs with expired API keys or sales channels with no sales orders.

• Implementation Date: From January 16, 2025

• Target: API connections for sites with zero order collections in the past 8 weeks (sites with no collected orders since November 20, 2024)

• Processing Method: Automatic order collection scheduler turned OFF

Other Information

1. If there are orders to be collected, you can change the setting back to ON. However, if there are no new orders after the change, it will be deactivated again.
2. Only the automatic collection function is disabled, and the manual connection to retrieve orders remains available.
