Dear Sellers,

After carefully analysing increased materials and overhead costs, we are writing to inform you of a necessary forthcoming price increase.

In order for us to serve you better and to grow your business to the next level, we will be changing our fulfilment service rates with effect from 3 Jan 2022.

Please take note of the following changes.

Pick & Pack Service Fee will be from $1.50 onwards for Prime Mart and from $2.00 onwards for Smartship sellers.

Qty surcharge

-          1 order less then 5 qty, there will be no charge

-          1 order with 6-10 qty, there will be surcharge of $0.30, every additional 5 qty will have a $0.30 surcharge

-          Example if you have an order with 15 items > 1-5 qty is free, 6-10 $0.30, 11-15 $0.30 = total surcharge of $0.60 for this order

Packing Material charge for Bubble Wrap at $0.30 per parcel

Storage Fee

>1-15 Days Free

>15-30 Days $15 per month per CBM
