the verifying procedure will be conducted to check personal customs codes(PCC), names, and phone numbers.

When registering recipient information, if any of the information below is incorrect, the delivery will be failed, so please refer to it and collect the PRECISE recipient information.

-For Koreans-

|Recipient name

|Recipient's personal customs codes(PCC)

|Recipient phone number

*Only the mobile phone number registered in the recipient's PCC is valid.

* If the recipient's mobile number has been changed after the issue of PCC, you must change the mobile number registered in the PCC.

-For Foreigners-

|Recipient name (full name)

* Customs clearance is possible only when the full name is written.

|Recipient's passport number / alien registration number / Custom clearance code

*Foreigners can also use it if they have a personal customs code(PCC).

|Recipient phone number

Only the mobile phone number registered in the recipient's PCC is valid.
